It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff members. Home Visits

Home visits are at the discretion of the patients usual General Practitioner. Please contact the practice for further information.

After Hours Care

For care out of these hours please call 000 in an emergency or our after-hours provider on . Urgent Care Clinics are also available for minor injuries and illness and can be contacted via https://brisbanenorthphn.org.au/practice-support/medicare-urgent-care-clinics.

Interpreter

Clayfield Medical Centre uses the services of National Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS). They can assist in providing in person or over the phone interpreters of various language and sign language. Bookings should be made 48 hours in advance. Please advise the practice when booking that you will require an interpreter.

Reminder System

Because our practice is committed to preventive care, we may send you an occasional reminder regarding health services appropriate to your care. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know. The message will invite you as the patient to arrange an appointment with your GP to discuss your specific reminder. Reminders could include cervical cancer screening, repeat colonoscopy etc.

Results Notification

Clayfield Medical Centre uses secure SMS messaging to advise when your General Practitioner would like to discuss results. The message will invite you as the patient to arrange an appointment with your GP to discuss your results. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know.
