What to Bring to Your First Appointment
- Completed New Patient Registration Form (if not already submitted)
- Medicare Card and any concession cards (if applicable)
- Photo ID such as a driver’s licence or passport
- List of Current Medications including any over-the-counter medications
- Previous Medical Records or contact details of your previous practice, if you’d like us to transfer your records
Your First Visit
During your first visit, your GP will discuss your medical history, current health concerns, and any specific needs or preferences you may have regarding your care. This initial consultation is an opportunity for you to get to know your doctor and for them to understand how best to assist you in achieving your health goals.
Fees and Billing
Fees are listed under the section Billing Policy at this website. Bulk billing is available to children under 6 with a valid Medicare Card. Pension and Health care Card Holders are billed at a reduced rate. Please contact the practice for further consultation fees. Payment is required on the day of the consultation. Additional fees are payable if payment is not paid on the same day.
