Before Your Visit

Your safety and health are our top priorities. If you’re experiencing symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19, please let us know ahead of your appointment. We can arrange a telephone consultation to assess your needs safely.

Prefer to speak with someone? Our friendly reception team is here to assist you. Call us on 07 3262 1288 to schedule your visit. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

Cancellations

Life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the slot to another patient in need. Please note, a fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
